Winter Indoor Training

​Indoor Training at the Neil Campbell Rowing Centre

This winter the St. Catharines Rowing Club is offering an opportunity to SCRC Master, Senior, and Junior rowers to train in the Neil Campbell Rowing Centre (NCRC). The details are listed below.

​To understand the level of interest for using the NCRC please complete the Expression of Interest Form (EOI), below.
Expression of Interest

Season: November 1 – March 31
Open to: Master, Senior, and Junior Rowers

Fees:
  • Indoor Only: $25/month
  • Indoor + On-Water (weather & coach availability permitting): $60/month

Master & Senior Program Schedule:
  • Tuesday – Friday: 5:00 – 8:00 AM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 – 9:00 AM

Junior Program
A full, competitive training program with structured group sessions led by coaches three times per week. More information to follow.
  • Tuesday – Friday: 4:00 – 5:30 PM or 5:30 – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 – 10:30 AM or 10:30 – 12:00 PM
