Intro to Rowing is a 5-week introduction built for high-school novices with no prior rowing experience. The program is managed by SCRC, with volunteer coaches and promotion through Niagara high schools. Sessions run three days a week, starting September 15.

5 weeks, three sessions a week - enough time to get comfortable in a boat.
This includes your short-term (14-day) RCA membership (Row Ontario $11.30 + RCA $39.75). Membership is arranged after you register; payment instructions are sent by email.

Register the athlete’s interest with a few basic details. This goes straight to the club admin.

Club admin will follow up with the athlete or guardian directly about RCA / Row Ontario membership, the Jotform consent form, payment, and booking the swim test (not required if the athlete already holds a Bronze Cross).
