Directions to Henley Island (St. Catharines Rowing Club Boathouse)
FROM TORONTO (exiting from QEW Niagara Falls bound):

Exit at 7th Street Louth; Head North toward Lakeshore Rd. W.; Turn right onto Lakeshore Rd. W.; Follow Lakeshore Rd. for 2.5 km to Henley Island Dr.; Follow road way onto Henley Island. Cross the bridge and keep left; follow road way to the boathouse.

FROM NIAGARA FALLS (exiting from QEW Toronto bound):

Exit at Martindale Road.; Turn Left onto Martindale Road to Main Street; Turn right onto Main Street;  Follow Main Street for 0.6 km to Henley Island Drive; Turn Right onto Henley Island Drive; Follow road way onto Henley Island. Cross the bridge and keep left; follow road way to the boathouse.

St. Catharines Rowing Club provides rowing programs for Ages 10 and up in the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons. Athletes may start with Youth Rowing School, proceed on to High School Rowing, Club Rowing and Adult Master programs. Athletes are developed to compete at National and international levels if they choose to pursue those goals.
