Elisa Vandersloot (Blessed Trinity Secondary School, Grimsby, Ontario, Canada) is a sculler for her high school and the St. Catharines Rowing Club where she is coached by Michelle Fisher, Kathy Boyes and Mark Welsh.  Vandersloot has been a standout among the young women in her area.  She has had top finishes in the finals at Canadian Scholastics, Royal Canadian Henley Regatta and the Stotesbury Cup Regatta over the course of her career.  Last summer her U19 8 and 4+ finished second at the Row Ontario Championships.  Recently she participated in the RCA National Championships and also raced a Youth 4+ that finished sixth of 86 entries at the 2015 Head of the Charles Regatta.  Vandersloot will be one of six St. Catharines Rowing Club alumnae rowing at Tulsa in 2016.  She will study graphic design and art.
